As an herbalist, gardener and mother born and raised in the Sonoran Desert, living among Saguaros, Creosote, and desert medicine has shaped my connection to the land and the way I approach healing. As a Gemini, I embrace my multifaceted nature, blending intuition, curiosity, and a deep respect for the wisdom found in plants, people, and animals. Each day, I get to choose between the passions that ground me most: crafting plant medicine or tending to my garden, both of which keep me connected to the earth and to my purpose.

Outside of my practice, I find joy in simple, grounding moments by hiking desert trails, caring for medicinal plants and cacti, enjoying quiet mornings in the garden or spending time with family always with a warm cup of tea in hand.  Every part of my life reflects my belief in that healing begins with presence, connection, and the beauty of everyday rituals.
